Joy to the World!

JTWsmIt’s still a bit early for Christmas but I’ve been having fun playing with Lizzie Anne Designs Joy to the World. 

I stamped the angel twice so I could color, cut and pop up the angel’s left arm.  I used Copic markers to color the dress, and made the little white dots in the scallops with a white gel pen.  The horn, star and hair are colored in with a gold pen.

Cardstock:  SU Blue Bayou, Papertrey Ink white     Patterned Paper:  Basic Grey Dasher “Snowbank”     Stamps:  Lizzie Anne Designs Joy to the World     Ink:  Brilliance Graphite Black     Accessories:  Copic markers, SU Apricot Appeal marker, Zig gold Painty, Signo white gel pen, mm eyelets, Marvy mega and giga scalloped circle punches, Blue Bayou stitched grosgrain, white string, dimensionals.  Finished card size 5 ½” x 4 ¼”.

Please excuse the short description today.  I was up *really* late at a Hootie & the Blowfish concert.  It was FANTASTIC, but I am tired!   HOOTIEEEEE!!!!!  :)  Thanks for stopping by!

    Gorgeous!!! Love your coloring! This realllly gets me into the holiday mood! I can’t wait to break out my holiday stuff! I just received this set in a box from a magazine and you’ve inspired me to use it! :)

    Beautiful holiday cards! I really like the non-traditional colors of the reindeer card (but browns are okay with me any day!). Hootie and the Blowfish — I’m green with envy!! :)

    All your cards are just gorgeous (no surprise!) — and I especially like this one — the brown tones and size/shape make it just so sweet — just love it!!!
