A Special Delivery Mini Album
Ok…so far it’s just a mini album “front,” but I plan to finish the inside at some point. When I do, I’ll repost and show you.

Here are a couple more of those cute images I was telling you about yesterday from the new Kim Hughes set, Baby Love, available from Cornish Heritage Farms on Thursday, June 5th. (I have a couple more cards to share with you too…I’m going to have to force myself away from this set so I can get some other things done!)
Although I *heart* this set, I also *heart* this Pin Dot Scrapblock™. It’s 6″ x 6″ size was perfect for this 5″ x 5″ mini album! I’m just so happy to have bigger background stamps now!
I stamped the tree branch (from “The Landing Pad,” one of Kim’s releases from this month), then masked it and stamped the Pin Dot Scrapblock™. The baby’s blanket is paper-pieced and the little giraffe (isn’t it SO cute?) was stamped, colored, cut out and adhered. To “hang” the baby, I used a craft knife to cut little slits just above and below the branch and used a large needle to thread the white string through the slits.
Cardstock: Prism Natural Smooth Patterned Paper: Crate Paper Baby Bee (tan-ish solid) Stamps: Cornish Heritage Farms: “Baby Love,” “The Landing Pad,” “Pin Dot” Scrapblock™ Ink: Ranger Adirondack Pitch Black, Rust Accessories: Copic markers, American Crafts eyelet, ribbon (Michaels), white string, craft knife/needle, Crop-a-dile, chipboard 5” x 5” accordion album (source unknown).
