A Patriotic Tribute
Happy Fourth of July to all of my American friends!! ![]()
I’ve been saving this card to post today. It’s one of my first attempts at coloring a Thomas Kinkade image (available from Cornish Heritage Farms). It’s not perfect, but I’m trying!
Land of the Free
I used Prismacolor pencils to color this image. After trying Copic markers, I have to say the Copics are my favorite so far. (I’ve yet to try pastels.)
To make the “photo” corners, I cut a square, then cut from corner to corner (forming two triangles). I then used my paper cutter to cut out the notch from each triangle. Lastly, I sponged the edges.
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you all have a very fun and very safe holiday!
