Shape Up!
TGIM! :) This week’s challenge at Cornish Heritage Farms is to make a shaped card. I really had to put on my thinking cap for this one. I had a few different ideas (tried to make a rocket but it looked more like a candy corn), wasted a bunch of paper and decided to simplify things and make a planet.
Hey Dude
I used a circle cutter for the planet then free-handed the ring. The sign, ring, alien and his big eyeball are all popped up. I dotted over all the dots, centers of
the circles and the alien’s eyes with a clear 3-d gel pen. I adhered the assembled panel to a card front then used scissors to trim around the circle shape.
Be sure to visit these other CHF designers to see their shaped cards. I can’t wait to see them!
