Happy Birthday to “My Girl”

TGIF! I’m in a bit of a funk today…don’t know why. It’s just an “eh” kind of day, so this will be short (and maybe a little sweet).

Happy Birthday

This is the card I made for my girl’s birthday. I say “my girl” because she and I have this little thing… I say “My girl” and she says “My mommy.” It’s so cute. And I know it won’t last, so I’ll take it while I can get it. :)

I used Luvvie by Leanne Ellis, popping up her hands and the heart. The flower in her hair is popped up as well.

I kinda got melancholy the other day looking at my youngest — we were cuddled on the couch, and she was so sweet, and I knew times like that were too precious… okay, now I’m crying.

This is really super cute, Michele. Gosh, I just love that paper. I have no aversion to orange at all, and I especially love it with blue. Sweet layout. Love all the buttons you’re using lately. They work better for you than flowers, yes? Gee, I just noticed today that you hardly use any ribbon. Wonder why I never noticed that before…?
