Just Beachy
The bright blue you see here is actually a soft purple. No matter where I took the picture, the color just wasn’t right. (So aggravating.) Anyway, I stitched some swirly lines along the patterned paper and popped up the umbrella. I wish I looked like that during all the hours I’m spending at the pool for my kids’ swim practices. (Not even close.)
I’ve been super busy these last fews weeks, but I’m hoping to get back to a somewhat normal routine soon. Hoping… Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great day!
Oh…and be sure to check out this week’s Bubble Bin! ![]()

Another super card, Michele! Purples and blues can be so hard to photograph some times, I agree. No matter the color, it’s wonderful and it sure would be wonderful to have to the time to lay by the pool!
FANTASTIC details Michele! I know what you mean about lightening and trying to capture purple shades…been having that problem myself…lol
This is perfect in every way, Michele! I love the big ’sun’ in the background and the wavy cuttlebugged bg is a perfect accent. You rocketh!
Love the blues and greens! Great card
Gosh, you put this together just perfect for the image, Michele! The swirls and the paper — everything is just great! Purple is the hardest color to photograph. Looks good in blue, though, too. Yes, I wouldn’t mind looking like this…I’m afraid my day has come and gone… Sheesh! Where did I put that Abdominizer…?
Ooh, I wish that was me laying there…but the cottage cheese thighs say something else! LOL! Besides, who relaxes when you have little kids?! Who I ask?!!!! Not me. Anyway, this card is great! Love the polka dots!!
Ha that’s what I did all last week, expect I stayed in the shade… too cute!!
