Sweet Pea
TGIF! I still have a sick boy at home so I’ll be quick today.
I’ve been playing some more with my Unity stamps. I have the new kit coming soon (and I can’t wait to tear into that) so before it gets here, I thought I should use some of the stamps that have been sitting around for a while.
Sweet Pea
When I first saw this set, Little Me, I fell in love with it. I think the images are absolutely adorable. I paper-pieced the mom’s dress and the baby bundle, then drew in a bit of grass with a semi-dry marker. (I save my black markers when they’re getting kind of dry just for this purpose.)
I’m off to catch up on some things that didn’t get done yesterday. Thanks for stopping by! Have a great day!
Stamps: Unity Stamp Co. “Little Me” Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Ranger Antique Linen Distress Cardstock: Papertrey Ink Vintage Cream (base), Prism Black and Natural Smooth Patterned Paper: Graphic 45 “Hopscotch” from the Playtimes Past Collection Accessories: Copic markers, black Stampin’ Write marker, piercing template/needle. I hope your boy is better soon (and the rest of the house stays well, too!)!!
This card is so adorable Michele! My son has been ill as well, but is now recovering . . . it’s hard when they’re off at college. I’d love to fly up and “mother” him, but I’m afraid he’d die of embarrassment . . . LOL!
Oh Gosh! This is just Adorable!!! Love the paper and layout!!!
This is of the charts cute. Love the matching dress/background. Your cards always make me smile right away and say “ohhh…..my………God!!” like you would with a little kitten……….LOL!!
This is just too cute, Michele!! I love the papers and your little stitches!!
So cute! You did a wonderful job with the paper piecing and I love how you used the same paper in the background. Looks very coordinated! Hope your son feels better soon! Best, Curt
