MFT October Release Hop

Hi everyone!  Welcome to the My Favorite Things October Release Hop!  If you’ve just popped in here, please go back to the beginning with Kim.  If you’ve just come from Susan‘s blog, then you’re in the right place.  :)

There are seven new sets being released tomorrow:  On the Pier MINI (previously MFT Kit set), A Balanced Holiday, Sweetie Pie Flopsey, In the Background, Garden of Joy, Santa Baby (WTG) and Polar Love.  My sample uses the new Who’s That Girl set, Santa Baby.

I’ve Been a Good Girl…

The images in this set include a pair of candy canes, a single bigger candy cane, mistletoe and the image I’ve used here.   There are also seven sentiments.  I used my favorite.  (Gotta love the “dot dot dot.”  How would YOU continue that sentiment on the inside of the card?  I think I’d write “most of the time.”  Hee, hee, hee.  :) )  The set sells for $17.95.

MFTIBAGGCUI chose to paper-piece my image, which I so often do.  I popped up the girl’s skirt and Santa’s cuffs on his sleeves and pants, adding some white Fun Flock for additional interest.

Your next stop in the hop is with my fabulously talented friend, JODY.

I’m still stuffy and popping ibuprofen so please excuse my post if it sounds a bit mechanical.

Thanks for stopping by!  Have a great day!
