Let the (MFT) Previews Begin!

My Favorite Things has quite a few (and fabulous) number of releases for November.  Each day leading up to the release on Wednesday, November 4th, members of the design team will be previewing different sets.  (A different set each day.)  Today we are previewing Polar Love. 

You Warm my Heart

I first stamped my image and sentiment onto white cardstock, colored, then paper-pieced the scarves and heart.  I used my circle Nestabilities to cut and emboss the white circle (3 3/4″) then randomly inserted tiny white brads to resemble falling snow. 

For the card base, I folded my cardstock as usual (typical A2 card size), then used my Creative Memories circle cutter to cut the round part of the card shape, only cutting around the left and right sides.  The base was just kind of eyeballed and marked with a pencil, then cut with my paper cutter.  The white circle was then matted onto a 4″ red circle and that piece was adhered to the card front using dimensional boosters.
