Wishing You (and Me) Tranquili-tea

I’m back a little later than anticipated.  Yes, I finished my book (The Help) and it was outstanding.  Now, before I get too into something new, I have a ton of things to do.  (But we’ll see.)  🙂  I spent the day yesterday visiting with family I hadn’t seen in far too long…cousins, aunts, uncles, my two dear grandmothers.  It was a great day.  A good bit of today though was spent battling a computer virus.  I think we won.  I’m crossing my fingers, anyway, that we did.

Today I did play a bit with a couple more of my new Stamping Bella images.  This is Miranda the Teacup Girl and Tea Sentiments.

Wishing You…Tranquili-tea

I don’t know why but I had a bit of a hard time coloring her.  Regardless, I still think she’s cute.  I used Copics and Prismacolor pencils and added tiny yellow brads in the centers of the flowers in her hair.

My pyschotic sewing machine decided to rear its ugly head and chew a bit of the paper.  But since I was already using scrappy pieces, I couldn’t re-do it.  Or really fix it.  Hopefully it isn’t all that noticeable. (Don’t look. lol.)

I completed the sentiment on the inside of the card.

I love that little sentiment set.  (There’s also “creativi-tea,” “prosperi-tea” and one more, I think.  Too cute!)

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a great day (and day off tomorrow…if you have that luxury)!
