Hi everyone! Today the My Favorite Things design team is previewing three more fun new sets: Fred Bear and the Butterfly, Emma Blowing Kisses and Wyatt says WOW! I chose Emma Blowing Kisses, but my Emma is blowing something else…chunks. (Sorry!)
Get Well Soon
Maybe the fact that my daughter has had tummy issues has something to do with my line of thinking (because I never would have come up with something like this otherwise 
). But when I saw Emma’s hand in front of her mouth, all I could think about was sickness. So I decided to make a get well card.
I used MFT’s new Cloud Trio Die-namics, paper-pieced Emma’s outfit and colored her cheeks just a little green. I wanted to give her a little more of a tint but I was afraid if I did too much, she’d look like she was from another planet.
The sentiment is from MFT’s “Best Medicine” set (Pure Innocence line).
