Goo Goo for You

One of my good friends from our neighborhood is having a baby boy soon.  I’m just so happy for them!   I wanted to share the card I made for my friend.  It was super-quick and super-easy yet turned out really cute (in my opinion).

I always spend so much time on my cards.  It’s sometimes nice to just let things be clean and simple.  (Although that does not in any way come easy to me so I’m just thrilled that this card did not take two days to complete.)

I used a thin scrap of white/yellow patterned paper, a block of blue, some kraft cardstock…and a 3-d sticker.  Added some stitching, a few pop dots…done.  Easy peasy.  🙂

I can’t wait to meet our newest little neighbor.  But have no fear.  The baby bug will not enter my home.  As I’ve told my children when they ask for a new baby brother or sister, that shipped has not only sailed, it has sunken to the bottom of the sea.  😉

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a great day!
