As you’ve seen over the last several days, we have lots of new stamp sets as well as new Die-namics! It’s a great release! All new items are available right now, right here, but I hope you’ll finish the hop first!
All You Need in Life is a Friend With Chocolate…Much Chocolate
Here I’ve paired MFT’s new Sending a Box of Love with a bag of Cordial Cherry M&M’s. (Yum. Believe it or not, they’re all still in the bag. As soon as the ribbon comes off though…they’ll be gone in no time!)
The sentiment on the bag is from another Pure Innocence set, Lollipop Girl.
After coloring my little PI girl with markers, I paper-pieced her dress and tights. I stamped her arms and the box (as one piece) a second time, cut it out and inserted the arms beneath the sleeves. I did not apply adhesive beneath the box so that it would stick up just a bit. I also colored over the chocolates with a clear glaze pen.
On the inside, I stamped the girl again and completed the sentiment (which is actually part of a second sentiment in the set).
