In the words of Jeff Probst…

“I’ve got nothin’ for ya.”  Well, that’s not entirely true.  I haven’t had time to create anything new…or seasonally appropriate, but in my search among my “alterables,” I realized I’d used my last bandaid tin on this project.  (It’s a publication submission reject.  I really like it and was disappointed it wasn’t accepted, but what can you do?  It happens.)

ConGRADulations

This set uses Book in Hand from the Pure Innocence line at My Favorite Things.

I ♥ this little girl.  I drew in her socks, colored her then cut her out and adhered to the papers using Jody’s dimensional boosters.  The paper is new Brenda Walton Olivia Rose by K & Company.

I stamped the girl again on the inside, adding the X’s and O’s (and the sentiment tag on the tin) from Something Special Just for You, another Pure Innocence set.

I covered the tin using the same papers, adhering with double-sided red-line tape.

Even though this isn’t Christmas-y, the girl and papers could easily be switched out to make it so.  I really needed another of these tins, but I couldn’t bring myself to tear this apart.

I’ll be back soon(ish).  Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a great day!
