Hi everyone! I hope you’re enjoying the pre-holiday crazies! (Crazies…craziness…both.) 🙂 I’m happy to say I only have one gift left to buy, all the cards are mailed and I finished the teacher gifts in time. Whew.
This year I gave some homemade granola in a clear, flat-bottom bag along with a gift card to Barnes & Noble. (I wish I could share the granola recipe, but I was sworn to secrecy when it was given to me.)
Happy Holidays
This little puppy stamp (Butch and Mimi) from Stamping Bellawas perfect as our elementary school mascot is a Westie. (I think these are a Westies. If not, close enough for me.)
There was very little coloring needed. I added a bit of red and green to the bows, pink inside the ears and then tiny bits of gray shading here and there….a little shading around the dogs and some grass…done.
I made a pocket from cardstock and tied it to the bag like a big tag (inspired by my friend, Christina who makes the BEST tags for bottles and bags). Before sewing the pocket, I punched two holes in the back to thread the ribbon.
These were very simple and took little time. Just right. 🙂
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great day!
