Hi everyone!  I’m back from a wonderfully relaxing vacation and now it’s time to get back to reality… and Wednesday Stamp Club with My Favorite Things.  🙂

Wish Big

For this week’s sketch, I’ve inked Believe in Magic from MFT’s Pure Innocence line.

I stamped the sweet girl onto an MFT Cream Perfect Paper Panel, colored with Copics and added grass/ground with pencils.

The flower and leaves were die-cut using MFT’s Flower and Leaf Trio Die-namics.  Once the flower was assembled, I decided the flower needed more definition so I lightly dragged a burgundy marker around the edges of each petal.  (Yes, that would have been MUCH easier BEFORE it was assembled, but I had already glued everything together.)  For a bit more definition/dimension, I gently lifted and bent each petal just a tad.

On the inside, I stamped the girl again (or most of her) and a sentiment from Birthday Princess, another Pure Innocence set.

You can find direct links to DT samples HERE on the MFT blog.  The info is also posted in the MFT Forum in SCS.  (Look for the most recent WSC thread numbered 17.)   And remember, if you upload your card to the SCS gallery using the keyword shown on the sketch, you will have the chance to win up to $20 in MFT money!  One winner is chosen at random each week.

Thank you SO much for stopping by!  And I TRULY appreciate all who visited while I was away!  🙂  Have a great day!
