We’re in the Same Boat

Since returning from vacation, I feel like I’ve been in a funk.  Not sure why.  It’s been hard getting back into the swing of things.  But I’m trying. 🙂 

I don’t usually reach for the flappers during teasers, but for some reason this one was calling my name, so I gave it a whirl.

I wasn’t sure what to do with the water and sky, so I pulled two different blue patterned papers from Lily Bee Design’s Picket Fence collection and paper-pieced the two areas.  The girls’ dresses and the little scarf are paper-pieced as well.
