I’m So Grateful

Time for another sketch with the Wednesday Stamp Club and My Favorite Things!

I’m So Grateful

I have set aside quite a few unused Pure Innocence sets, patiently awaiting ink.  For this week’s sketch, I dug into that pile and found Daffodil

I colored my girl with markers but pieced the dress, adding just a bit of shading with gray.  I used my Creative Memories circle template and blade to cut around the girl.  I find their system easiest to use when I want parts of the image to remain “outside of the box.”  Behind the circle I used MFT’s Dizzy Doily Die-namics, and the sentiment is from another PI set I’ve not yet used, Rose.

On the inside I stamped a silhouette of the image in Desert Sand ink and a sentiment from Apple for You.

You can find direct links to DT samples HERE on the MFT blog.  The info is also posted in the MFT Forum in SCS.  (Look for the most recent WSC thread numbered 25.)   And remember, if you upload your card to the SCS gallery using the keyword shown on the sketch, you will have the chance to win up to $20 in MFT money!  One winner is chosen at random each week.

Thanks for stopping by!  Have a great day!
