August MFTeasers, Day 4

Welcome to Day 4 of August previews with My Favorite Things!   Today the team is sharing samples of Tag, You’re It Die-namic Duo stamp and die set and Inspired by The Beach. 

I’m not sure I pulled off the look I was trying for but this was the best I came up with.  (My “scrappy side” is in hiding, I think.)

I’ve used Inspired by The Beach, pairing it with Sassafras Sunshine Broadcast paper.

I used just a few Copics to color the trees, hammock and sand.  The sky was one of the patterns from the paper pack.  I did not color that part.   The ribbon was dyed using Dried Marigold Distress ink and a sponge.  The edges were sponged using the distress ink as well.

On the inside, I stamped the trees again and added a sentiment from Clearly Sentimental about Summer Vacation.
