Here I’ve used Holly Girl and the new Oval Open Scallop Doily. When I removed the doily from the die, all of the little negative spaces remained intact so I decided to leave them there.
I stamped the girl directly onto the doily die-cut, and since the holly leaves extended onto the scallops, I stamped them again, colored, cut out and adhered (just the inside edges), leaving the ends to bend up a bit. I dotted clear glaze pen over the berries and her barrette and added the tiny red rhinestone stickers over each of the small die-cut holes.
A simple finish to the inside.
