Today I’ve used one of our new à la modes sets, Genie.

I added a bright pink flourish coming from the lantern and colored over her pants and ponytail band with a clear Spica glitter pen (because all genies should be surrounded by sparkles.)  🙂

I finished the inside simply, leaving plenty of room for a personal note.

Hi everyone!  It’s the last day of January previews with My Favorite Things!  Tonight at 10 p.m. EST all the new stamps and dies you’ve seen previewed over the last week will be available to YOU!

Today I’ve used another of the new Pure Innocence releases, Berry Sweet, along with MFT’s new Berry Box (as well as several other Die-namics).

I colored with Copics, stamped the dress “seeds” in Rich Cocoa ink, added bits of stitching here and there, inserted mini brads in between each scallop (die-cut using Simply Scallops Die-namics-my all-time favorite “go-to” border) and created three little strawberry boxes.

After coloring with Copics, I added shine and a bit of dimension to the collar, barrette and seeds using a clear Sakura 3-d glaze pen.

On the inside, I used Well Worn Greetings Dies as well as another strip of Simply Scallops.

On the gift bag, I used a couple of Mix & Match Banners (because I love how Joanne does that) and on top, I placed a punched strawberry (from the patterned paper) atop a circle punched from tablet backing.
