I’m trying to get back into the swing of things here after an amazing vacation. I wasn’t ready to come home. But all good things must come to an end…or so they say. We came home to loads of laundry, shopping for back-to-school supplies and clothes, an outside electrical issue and a dead computer. Of course it’s the computer I use for all of my work, so it’s been extremely aggravating. But things are finally starting to come together. Slowly.
My card today uses Lightbulb Moment from My Favorite Things a la modes collection.
I’ve also used Fishtail Flags STAX, Layered Rose and Simply Scallops Small Die-namics. Base cardstock is one of my favorite MFT colors, Tangy Orange, and my image is stamped and colored on X-Press Blending Card.
I used Burano ink from Amuse Studio to highlight the word “bright.”
On the inside, I stamped a sentiment from Martinis on Me with a partial image from I’ve Got UR Back. I used a kraft knife to cut around the girl’s arm so she could “lean” on the sentiment flag.
