Things 2 Do

Hi everyone!  We’re moving on to Day 2 of My Favorite Things‘ October previews.

Today is super-exciting as we introduce a brand new line, LAINA LAMB DESIGNS.  Laina’s new stamp and Die-namics sets are perfect for scrapbooking.  I’m not much of a scrapbooker…yet (scared), but found a way to incorporate these fun new stamps and dies into a card.

I used Laina’s Journal It Top Ten stamp set along with Insert It 3×4 and Accent It Flags & Tags Die-namics.  I also used MFT’s new (and gorgeous) Sunflower Die-namics along with Royal Leaves.

The insert was die-cut from Kraft cardstock with the lines stamped in Amuse French Roast and the title and numbers stamped in Pumpkin.  Flowers were die-cut using Stampin’ Up! More Mustard and MFT Hot Fudge with Green Gumdrop Royal Leaves.  I stamped the little “No.” flag, die-cut, adhered on foam tape and inserted the small paperclip beneath.  I finished everything off by tying hemp cord and distressing the edges just a bit.

I used some already-cut scraps of patterned paper on the inside, stamped the number list and added a sentiment from Sassy & Sweet.
