Hi

Hi everyone!  It’s time for another great sketch with My Favorite Things.  This week I used super-adorable Cupcake Cutie, the first of our Wendy Burns Design collection.

After stamping the image with Memento Tuxedo Black onto X-Press It Blending Card I colored with Copics, die-cut with Oval STAX 1 and sponged the edges using Kraft ink.  The Finishing Flourishes were stamped using Kraft as well.

The flowers were die-cut from Paver Red cardstock using Layered Rose Die-namics.  I distressed and rolled the edges and placed an enamel dot in each center.

The scalloped panel was cut using Blueprints 1 and ribbon is Paver Red.

On the inside, I used Black Licorice ink to stamp a sentiment from Doodle Garden Sweet Friend and Kraft to sponge the edges and stamp the flourishes.

<—Here’s the sketch if you’d like to play along. You can find direct links to more samples HERE.  And remember, if you upload your card to the SCS gallery using the keyword MFTWSC119, you will have the chance to win up to $20 in MFT money!  One winner is chosen at random each week.  More info can be found in the MFT Forum in SCS.

Thanks for stopping by!
