Hi everyone! We’re moving on with Day 3 of July previews with My Favorite Things. Today I’ve used super-cute Doodle Garden Take the Plunge.
After stamping my image onto X-Press It Blending Card and coloring with Copics, I die-cut several elements using Blueprints 5. The layout is one of those suggested on the BP5 accompanying PDF.
Base card stock and flower were cut from Electric Red with the sentiment stamped using Black Licorice ink.
I used the larger rectangle from BP5 to die-cut the Sweet Tooth panel for the inside, then added a scrap of patterned paper and stamped a silhouette of the cute little swimmer for a quick finish.
Be sure to check out the MFT blog for direct links to more samples, details regarding the July 9 release and info on how you can win one of seven $75 gift vouchers to shop the MFT Boutique.
