Hi everyone! We’re moving right along with August previews from My Favorite Things! I have two cards to share today, both featuring new à la modes Bewitching along with a couple other new stamp sets and Die-namics.
On my first, I used a base of Orange Fizz card stock layered with Black Licorice and X-Press It Blending Card.
After stamping and coloring with Copics, I stamped the sentiment using Laina’s new Cooper Alphabet. The little spider, popped up on foam tape, was cut from Black Licorice card stock using SUPER cute and fun Paper Bag Peek-a-boo Die-namics. Using a black 3-d glaze pen, I added tiny dot trim to the bottom of the witch’s dress.
Inside, I stamped a sentiment from the Bewitching set and added a second spider. The string was drawn in using a 0.3 black Copic multiliner.
My second card is a little more “clean and simple.” As before, I stamped onto X-Press It Blending Card then colored with Copics.
The witch panel is raised on foam tape, as is the sentiment which was stamped and die-cut using Sentiment Strips 2 Die-namics.
Inside, I used new You’re Invited, stamping the line headings and silhouette in Grape Jelly ink and the lines in Black Licorice.
