Hi everyone! I’m back today with another sample using My Favorite Things‘ September release. Today I have used another beautiful set by Mona Pendleton, Contemporary Roses.
The roses were stamped onto Smooth White card stock using Pink Lemonade ink with the leaves stamped in Factory Green. I used Contemporary Roses Die-namics to die-cut, popping up the large center rose.
The background (Smooth White card stock) was embossed with Modern Morocco Die-namics and the sentiment, from MPD Tropical Sensations, was stamped in Factory Green and die-cut using Sentiment Strips 2. A small piece of foam tape was placed beneath the center of the sentiment to add a bit of dimension. I then used Hemp Cord to stitch small French knots to hold the ends in place.
Inside, I stamped another rose and added a sentiment from Clearly Sentimental about Sympathy.
