MFT October Previews – Day 3, Peace on Earth

Hi everyone!  The My Favorite Things team and guest are back today with another preview from our October release. My sample uses a new Die-namics border, new stencil, card stock and stamps.  🙂

I used new Timber Green card stock as my card base as well as to die-cut new Tree Line Die-namics.  A pink Stardust gelly roll pen was used to add dots of sparkle to the trees.

To emboss the Whip Cream dotted background, I used new Swiss Dots Stencil with the Crafter’s Embossing Pad following these GREAT directions.  I never would have thought to emboss with the stencils.  I LOVE being able to do that!

I used Jet Black Stazon to stamp the sentiment, from Starry Christmas, onto the cotton trim.

On the inside, I adhered a second Timber Green Tree Lines strip and stamped a sentiment from Stitched Stockings.
