And They Lived Happily Ever After

Hi everyone!  Welcome to another day of MFT January previews!  Today I’ve used new Love Story along with Typewriter Text Background (stamped in new Grout Gray ink) and several Die-namics dies to create an old-time car.  🙂

I used elements from Blueprints 5 to create the top of the car as well as the side mirrors.  The wheel shapes were created using Oval STAX 1 and 2 and the steering wheel was created by cutting Circle STAX 1 and 2.

The sentiment was stamped onto Sweet Tooth card stock with the banner colored in using an R29 Copic marker, then die-cut using Oval STAX 1.

The bumper is a Sentiment Strip (colored with a gray Copic and lengthened by running through my Vagabond partway, trimming sides then running through again, repositioning the die to create the desired length).

The license plate was stamped and die-cut using Laina’s Journal It-Library Card set and Accent It-Labels and Tabs.  The hearts were cut from new Blueprints 11 and Electric Red card stock.

Inside, I die-cut a strip of hearts, placing a bit of red card stock behind the openings and used a leftover strip of Grout Gray text along the bottom.

Be sure to check out the MFT Blog for direct links to more Countdown samples, info on prizes and all you need to know about our January 7 release!

Thanks so much for stopping by!  I’ll be back tomorrow!
