Hi everyone. Still feeling quite terrible and waiting for the antibiotic to kick in. So again, short and to the point. 🙂
I finally got my paws on Paper Smooches Knick Knacks. I just adore this rag doll.
She was stamped onto X-Press It Blending Card with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, colored with Copic markers, cut out and adhered using X-Press It 1/2″ foam tape. A dot of Copic Opaque White was added to each cheek as a highlight.
The Scallop Frame was die-cut several times from card stock scraps (for added depth) then Real Wood Thick Cherry “paper.” (I think this paper is discontinued as I couldn’t find it on-line, and I’ve had it for quite a while.) I used X-Press it 1/8″ double-sided tape to adhere the layers. It was the perfect, thin, width. I drew in the “hanger/string” using a Copic Multiliner.
