Hi everyone!    I’m back today with another sample of MFT‘s April release. Today I used a sentiment from Bokeh Builder with a Gerbera Daisy accent (this month’s free  with $60 purchase) and Blueprints 14.

I used a base of Blu Rasperry card stock with Banana Split and Tangy Orange.

The daisy was die-cut from X-Press It Blending Card and colored with Copic markers.

Hi everyone!  Welcome to another day of MFT April previews!  Today I’ve used new Bright Lights Numbers & Symbols, Graduation Accents Die-namics, Happy Graduation stamp set by Laina Lamb and Star Background.

I will be mailing this card so I wanted to keep it as flat as possible. Using Nightshift Blue ink, I stamped the Star Background onto the bottom portion of a Sweet Tooth card.  The numbers were die-cut from Nighshift Blue card stock with the hat pieces cut from Paver Red.  I added just a touch of dimension to the hat by placing clear Kool Tak foam squares beneath the top.

Inside, I stamped a sentiment from Happy Graduation.

Hi everyone!  I’m back for another day of the MFT April Release Countdown. Only four days to go!  🙂

Today I’ve used Blue Skies Ahead with Cloud Cover-Up Die-namics.

I die-cut the Cloud Cover-Up from Sno Cone and Sweet Tooth cardstock.  The Sno Cone clouds were left in place with the white clouds adhered over, some on foam tape.

Inside, I added a few more die-cut clouds, stamping a second sentiment onto the larger one.

Hi everyone!  I’m back today with another preview of My Favorite Things‘ April 8 release!  (Only five more days!)  Today I’ve used new Blue Skies Ahead stamp set, Blueprints 14, Cloud Cover-Up and Sun, Moon & Stars Die-namics.

The sun and scallop strip were cut from Lemon Drop card stock with a Lemon Drop button stitched to the center of the sun.  The clouds were cut from Sweet Tooth using new Cloud Cover-Up with the two smaller clouds raised on foam tape.  The sentiment was clear embossed after stamping in Black Licorice.

Inside, I stamped a second Blue Skies sentiment, adding another sun and scalloped strip.

Hi everyone!  Welcome back to a second day of April 8 release previews with My Favorite Things!  Today I’ve used our new Birdie Brown set, You’re Super, and it is SUPER cute.  (I know I said that yesterday also, but I’m telling you, I love this release!)

My Super Girl was stamped onto X-Press It Blending Card, colored with Copic markers, then die-cut using coordinating You’re Super Die-namics.  The buildings were black embossed and the sentiment “explosion” was die-cut and raised on foam tape.  After die-cutting the sentiment, I used a clear 3-d glaze pen to color over the “SUPER,” adding a bit of dimension and shine.

Inside, I stamped the girl and a second sentiment using Black Licorice ink.

Hi everyone!  It’s time to begin previews of MFT‘s April release! (This might be my favorite release yet. )  My samples today use super-duper cute Beautiful Baby stamp set with coordinating Die-namcs by Lisa Johnson, as well as new Blueprints 14.

My first card uses Pink Lemonade and Smooth White card stock.  The small elephant is stamped in Pink Lemonade ink, die-cut using Beautiful Baby Die-namics and raised on foam tape.  The remaining pieces were cut using Blueprints 14.

Inside, I stamped the elephant again with a sentiment from the set stamped in Black Licorice.

Next, I used Smooth White card stock with Sno Cone card stock and ink.  I created a tail for the bigger elephant using white string.  As above, all die-cut elements except the elephant are from Blueprints 14.

I finished the inside similar to the one above, adhering an extra stamped/die-cut elephant and adding another sentiment from the Beautiful Baby set.
