Hey everyone. It’s time for more from Paper Smooches! My card today features Ahoy Me Hearty stamp set with Clouds Dies.
The parrot was stamped onto X-Press It Blending Card and colored with Copic markers. Once colored, I cut around the tail feathers then die-cut the circle with the feathers outside of the die.
To adhere the clouds, I nipped a little piece where the orange mat divides each one, leaving a full circle to surround the parrot.
