Hi everyone! I’m just popping in quickly to share a little Easter greeting using Paper Smooches‘ Easter Egg dies. 🙂
The sentiment and tiny flowers are from Spring Fling stamp set, with the tag cut using Gift Tag Dies.
To create the card base, I first folded my card stock in half then cut the egg shape from both layers at once, with the top hanging just a bit off the edge of the die. I cut a second egg (single layer), stamped and embellished, then attached it to the egg shaped base.
The egg measures 3 5/8″ x 3″ so it’s small but not tiny.
I placed small pieces of Kool Tak Clear Foam Squares between the layers of the bow. I use the Kool Tak squares when I want just a bit of dimension as they’re thinner than most foam tapes. (I like the option of multi-width dimension.) 🙂
