Penelope (A Stamping Bella November Preview)

Hi everyone! I’m back today with another preview of Stamping Bella‘s November 2 release. Meet Penelope. How cute is she with that gigantic pencil? ♥

As always, I colored with Copics. The tiny dots on her dress were added using my favorite opaque white pen, Kirarina Wink White Pearl.
