Hello everyone! Welcome to a second day of sneak peeks at Taylored Expressions upcoming December 8 release! Today I’m sharing three Valentine treats as well as a birthday card for a certain little “monkey.” 🙂
To create my Valentine “treat holders” I used new The Birds & the Bees stamp set with coordinating dies.
Copic markers – BG10, BG11, BG13, BG32, N5, N7, R01, R02, R59, R81, R85, Y32, Y35, Y38, YR27
I die-cut the tags and scalloped squares using Build a Tag 2. After assembling the tags, I tied them to Kraft Mini Treat Sacks (also available in white). The sacks are the perfect size for a gift card and/or small candy treat.
Here I used the cute bird with a sentiment from new Filled with Love. Â I used my MISTI to position the sentiment in one line.
The sentiment below the two birds was stamped from new All You Need is Love.
As on the first tag (above), I used my MISTI to stamp “hugs & kisses” from Filled with Love onto a single line. XOXO is from Clearly Planned Chit Chat.

My next card uses new Roly Poly Monkey with new Roly Poly Sentiments. If you have any of the previously released Roly Poly dies, you’ll definitely want to add the new sentiment set to your shopping list. The sentiments are so cute and coordinate perfectly with the dies!
To go along with my monkey, I die-cut three Bold Balloons from patterned paper, wrapped string around the ends and tied to a Tag Stacklets 1.
Finished card size 5″ x 6 1/2″
Note that you will need a large(ish) circle die to use as a base for any of the Roly Poly dies. I used a Stitched Circle Stacklet for my base.
