Hi everyone! Today I’m sharing a card using one of my favorite (older) Tiny Townies, Penelope Has a Pencil by Stamping Bella.
She is so very cute holding that gigantic pencil.

She was colored with markers (listed above) then framed in pretty Echo Park Have Faith patterned papers.
