Hello everyone. A couple weeks ago the Stamping Bella team featured creations using the November Stamp of the Month, Christmas Tree Oddball, which is available through 11/30 at 50% off. Today the team is sharing designs using other images from the Oddball category.
With Thanksgiving right around the corner here in the US, I chose Thanksgiving Oddball. I adore this sentiment. (And you can believe I will be wearing my fat pants next Thursday! Haha.) The image comes with a second sentiment as well that reads “Let our lives be filled with both thanks and giving.”
After stamping onto X-Press It Blending Card and coloring with Copic markers (listed above), I cut out the image and layered atop patterned paper.
NEXT WEEK’S CHALLENGE
Use an image from the latest release. All challenge details can be found HERE.
Hello, hello! Today is the last day to share with you Stamping Bella‘s new release previews. All images will be available for purchase tomorrow, November 18!
I adore Teeny Tiny Townie with a Gift. I love that she’s standing on her tippy toes. And she’s just so very tiny. 🙂 Note that on the actual stamp, the tag is left blank. I stamped “for you” using part of the sentiment from Tiny Townie Ellie the Elf stamp set.
The Gnome and the Flamingo
How cute is Gnome and the Flamingo?! It cracks me up. I lightly blended a swirl (wave) background then added some tiny die-cut snowflakes.
MINI Oddball on a Stack of Gifts
I think MINI Oddball on a Stack of Gifts is over the holiday season. Her expression… haha. I added a tag with an Oddball Festive sentiment. The set has the perfect mix of snarky sayings to go along with the Oddballs (or anywhere you might want a bit of sarcasm).
MINI Oddball with One Scoop
Lastly, I have MINI Oddball with One Scoop who is not having a good day. After coloring, I paired her with Queen & Company‘s Sweet Shop patterned and solid papers and adhered a few little “candy toppings” on the ground.
Be sure to pop over to the Stamping Bella blog to see even more as I have had just a wee bit of the release to share. There’s lots more to see! 🙂
Hello everyone! I’ll be popping in today, tomorrow and Wednesday to share samples of Stamping Bella‘s upcoming release! We have new Oddballs, MINI Oddballs, Teeny Tiny Townies, Gnomes…so much cuteness! All images will be available for purchase on Thursday, November 18. 🙂
First I combined new Oddball Christmas Parents with Oddball Christmas Kids. (There’s also an Oddball Christmas Pets set.) After coloring, I added some faux sparkle to Mom’s dress using a white Sharpie. At the bottom I stamped an Oddball Festive Sentiment.
Mini Snowflake Oddball
There are new MINI Oddballs in this release! So cute. 🙂 Here I colored Mini Snowflake Oddball then added a snowflake border with some pink Petite Posies from Queen & Company. Pretty paper is Flirty Florals, also from Q&C.
The Gnome and the Mistletoe
Last I colored and cut out The Gnome and the Mistletoe. I used my white Sharpie to add tiny dots to his hat. The sentiment is included with the image.
Be sure to head over to the Stamping Bella blog to see (many) more upcoming release images and samples. You won’t be disappointed! I’ll be back tomorrow with more!
Before I close, here’s my card from last week’s Bellarific Friday challenge which was to use a “vintage” image.
After stamping the image onto X-Press It Blending Card, I colored with Copic markers then cut it out to adhere over a blended sky background. I added tiny rhinestones to the tree and then flurries using a white Sharpie. The sentiment is from new Furry Friends sentiment set.
There are quite a few dog and cat images in the release, and they’re available as a set or individually. You can find them all HERE.
This week I also posted in Instagram the above card using new Astrology Chart. The set comes with the chart, the Tiny Townie girl and the sentiment. Note: I used my MISTI to rearrange the breaking of the sentiment to better fit the space on my card.
I paper-pieced the dress then added a row of rhinestones around the inner circle of the chart. To add a bit of dimension, I placed a foam square behind the girl’s head while attaching the lower part of her body directly onto the card front.
NEXT WEEK’S CHALLENGE
Use any current Stamping Bella image. (No restrictions.) All challenge details can be found HERE.
The birch tree and star papers are from Queen & Company‘s Hocus Pocus paper pad. Once assembled I adhered some black and purple jelly gems to add a bit of sparkle. The sentiment is from Stamping Bella’s Oddball Frankenstein.
NEXT WEEK’S CHALLENGE
Use an image from the latest release. All challenge details can be found HERE.
Hello everyone! I hope you’re having a nice week. The weather here is glorious and I’m soaking it all in…while it’s here! 🙂 This week the Stamping Bella team is creating with “vintage” images, otherwise known as “any not in the new release category.”
I chose to use Oddball Witch. She was stamped onto X-Press It Blending Card and colored with Copic markers. I used my MISTI to break up the sentiment, changing it to four lines instead of two. To add a bit of dimension, I placed foam tape beneath the witch’s hat and head while adhering her boots and broom directly to the card base. I used a strip of (old) Doodlebug Design Halloween Parade patterned paper and adhered a few Queen & Company purple epoxy dots.
Also this week, I colored new Christmas Camper. Once colored, I added “snow” by dotting a white Sharpie over the tree, wreath and ground.
NEXT WEEK’S CHALLENGE
Use any current image from the Stamp of the Month category, Bundle Girls. As a reminder, Bundle Girl on a Swing is available at 50% off through September. All challenge details can be found HERE.
Hello everyone. This week the Stamping Bella team is creating with the September Stamp of the Month, Bundle Girl on a Swing. Now through September 30, 2021 this super sweet image with sentiment is 50% off.
After stamping the image onto X-Press It Blending Card, I inked the end of the branch and stamped three additional times to create more of the tree. I colored with Copic markers, added dots with a fine tip white Sharpie marker and then used my MISTI to break up the sentiment and align the words/spacing. (I use the MISTI to stamp my base images also. It makes my stamping life soooo much easier.) Striped paper is from Queen & Company‘s Happy Harvest paper pad.
Use a vintage Stamping Bella image, meaning one NOT from the current/most recent release. (If the image is not listed in the “what’s new” category, then it’s considered “vintage.”) All challenge details can be found HERE.
Hello everyone. It’s been a couple weeks since I’ve posted. Things have been crazy busy here. Not bad, just exhausting, non-stop “stuff.” Hopefully, I’m getting back on track now. 🙂 Today I’m sharing the weekly Stamping Bella challenge, then at the end I’ll also post work I shared on Instagram.
This week we’re creating with images from the latest release. I have a couple. 🙂 First, I used Tiny Townie Loves Tea. I paper-pieced her dress and tea cup/saucer then added shading with my Copic markers. I think the sentiment is cute. 🙂
Hello everyone! Have you seen Stamping Bella‘s latest release? So much cuteness! All new stamps are now available in the SB Shop! I’m a bit behind on sharing my samples here so I have several to share. At the end of the post, I also have our Stamp of the Month. 🙂
Set of Kitties, 50% off through August 31, 2021 includes four cat images as well as the tiny mouse I used above. Sentiment is from Baseball Squidgy.
NEXT WEEK’S CHALLENGE
