A Little Penguin Love

Hi everyone! I hope you all had a great holiday!!  Mine was fine (aside from a little sickness but that part wasn’t too terribly bad).  It’s been nice to spend time with family, some I hadn’t seen in way too long.  Yesterday we traveled a bit to see my two grandmas.  I feel so fortunate to still have them!  I wish we could have stayed longer.

LLP400Today I decided to play with a Little Penguin by C.C. Designs (available from All That Scraps).  I think this little guy is so cute with his bouquet of flowers.

I used a 3-d black gel pen to highlight his eyes and the centers of the yellow flowers.

To add a subtle bit of “something extra,” I tucked a Heidi Swapp Ghost Shape heart behind the ribbon.  I attached it to the card with a glue dot (hidden behind the knot).

The penguin image is colored with Copics and popped up on dimensionals.

Thanks for stopping by!    **Brand new C.C. Designs images coming soon! **  🙂

Have a great weekend!!
